RGB Scart/HD Componant To VGA Original XboX

Hi i'm looking to convert RGB Scart or HD Componant To VGA on a Original XboX, are there any cheap and simple leads, Devices to do this...?
I have the Xbox Crystal 1.6 so i beileve the VGA Mod cannot be done.

You should get 720P out of the xbox if you have it in NTSC. Then get a HDMI to VGA.
