Double dragon mame---how do I elbow smash?--SOLVED--

Hey guys I tried punch and jump at same time and nothing happens. Do all versions allow the elbow smash?

Just tried on the keyboard (alt+space) and it works. Has worked in every version I  tried before.

Controls are mapped just like u have alt and space. I'll try to use my keyboard to test as well. Kick plus jump does the reverse kick no prob.

Maybe I'm just not timing the elbow right. I'm using .160 but I'll double check version of dd.

You can bind both inputs to one button in MAME so it's just a single button press.

I'm an idiot, got it working. Buttons programmed wrong.

You can get through the entire game using just the elbow, it's the most fool proof attack in the game.
