  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Hello,  I prefer to use the MAME implementation of digital restrictors for my U360 joysticks, so I need the U360 to be mapped as Analog whenever MAME is launched. Today I do this by simply telling LEDBlinky not to try to map my sticks.

However I would like to ensure the sticks are mapped to 4-way when in my front end (Attract Mode). AttractMode is very flexible and lets me run any command I want before game start or after game exit, but I'm not sure of the best way to achieve this.

Thoughts?
Thanks -james

Hi! don't know how you can do that in LedBlinky.. But if you are using HyperSpin, or other Front End together with RocketLauncher, you can try a script I wrote (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,145513.0.html). You should edit the ini file: in the the [PerRomSystems] section remove MAME=true, in the [Systems] section change to MAME=analog.
Hope this helps!
