i am looking to buy artwork for my cab does anyone know of a place that has the artwork already done that sells it printed on vinyl ?

This is, surely, entirely dependent on the actual dimensions of your bartop and what you want, no ? There are lots of people on ebay who sell premade vinyl "skins" for machines/bartops but make sure you buy the right dimensions.

if you have measurements I can help. if you bought from haruman I can get the template from him.
