Wells Gardner k4900 Used Board issues

I just purchased this board to as a replacement for a burned one I had. I have put in a cap kit to fix missing capacitors. however when I powered it on the screen seems to be having issues see attached pictures.

1st pic is the result of no sync signal.  check your video cable for correct H/V sync connections

2nd pic, looks like screen and focus pots (flyback) incorrectly set (after correcting sync ???)
