Limited resolutions after swapping chassis.

Hey fellas, I have a Wells Gardner 25k7191 monitor that I just swapped the chassis on. I'm running an ArcadeVGA 5000 card on Windows 7 and after the chassis swap I can no longer switch resolutions without having to power off the monitor. I can start a Mame game in Hyperspin and the monitor distorts, cut power off then on, and the game picture displays correctly. Does this sound like a monitor issue or a ArcadeVGA issue to you all? I'm completely stumped.
