Mame kinda fuzzy?
« on: December 25, 2003, 10:29:49 pm »
I just finished my cabinet, runing a pentium 350mhz, radeon 7500 of which the SVideo out is hooked to a 27 inch tv. But the picture is VERY fuzzy, what can I do to improve it, I have already tried the tvs settings and window's as well.

Don't use Hardware Stretching if you are.

Also, the command -effect sharp will do the trick, but there will be a performance hit.

You change the values in the Mame.ini file (when using the windows version).  If you don't have a Mame.ini file please read the documentation on how to create one.

run mame from the command prompt like this.

mame -cc

To create the Mame.ini file.

Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

Just a little bit further down this forum, there is this thread, which completely addresses this issue.
