Hello,
I have my cab set-up with win-xp + groovymame + crt_emudriver.
I have no problem with this set-up , however I would like to have more emulators working flawlessly in the cab (dolphin mainly), so I am thinking to install a dual boot system adding win 7 to the set-up. In this case, would win 7 have its proper drivers, or is there going to be conflict with the crt_ emudriver? to be more specific, will win xp work with crt_emudriver and win 7 with the official ATI driver?

There is a fully working windows 7 crt_emudriver available..
A tiny bit harder to get working, but works fine.

If you make a dual boot system both installations have their independent drivers so no problem with that. But as Sledge is saying you can simply use CRT Emudriver for W7.

 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead of pasting it.

but it is working so well...I am afraid to change it... dual boot installation will also have DirectX (9 or 11) also indipendent?

I don't think you have a clear concept of what a dual boot installation is. You'll have two separate partitions, two separate desktops, two separate all. I don't mean to judge you but before going through that ask yourself how important wii games are for your cabinet project.

also if you're worried about this then just make an image of your current drive so that if things don't work out, it's very easy to go back to where you are now
