If you win the bid at 1.99 you'll still have to pay 45-75 packaging to the seller, plus 200 shipping.  so at the cheapest you'll spend 246.99, for an empty cabinet that you can't even see.

I can sell you a shoe box for $1.99 with a $75 packaging fee, and only 5 dollar shipping, I'll even include a picture of a sit down Star Wars game, which is what the shoe box COULD look like after you install the game, monitor, PCB, harness, coin door.("the game" being an original StarWars cabinet.)

I think you are misunderstanding the photo. I have bought from that guy before and everything was fine.

I THINK the phot is showing the actual cabinet with a marquee/panel/glass/etc so you can actually get an idea of what it is supposed to look like,

Anyway, you don't ship empty cabinets, that will be a local pickup for sure.
