Hay man,

Hope all is alright with you and yours. Just wanted to say you were always a super helpful source for idea, inspirations, and honest feed back. I hope every thing works out well for you and if you can you come back one day. If not I wish you the best.

I'll second this and add a bit more.  Your work is impressive and you absolutely fit in the awards, you earned that.  Don't belittle your accomplishments.

You were an inspiration to watch work and I wish you well.  I understand mental things happen and people need to do what they need to do.  I wish you well and hope things even out for you.  I hope to see you here again some day!
