It may just simply need some adjustments through manual controls, but to know for sure, you'd probably have to open it up and take a look inside for anything loose/broken. I have a Sony PVM and they are complex CRT monitors. I for one, have no clue what I would be doing, so you'd probably have to take it to a professional (and one who knows about CRT's at that) to have a look at it. To do all that, the expense probably isn't worth it. You can get decent used PVM's with everything working for $50.00, so unless you're getting this one SUPER cheap, you may want to consider costs of repair/diagnosis before plunking down the change for it.
