Advmame .77 Sounds and video errors

I upgraded to advmame .771 and noticed some big problems.

The sound in most games seems to be really "slow" and off.

The video is screwed up with metal slug 3?

There are a bunch of other problems too, i was wondering if anyone else had problems running .77? i've upgraded from .73 which was running fine.
