GroovyMame Super Resolution Win7 issue

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use Groovymame/Vmmaker with the super resolution feature, Whatever i do, I always hand up with all my resolutions locked.

Here my configuration,

OS : Windows 7 64
processor : I5
Graphic Card : ATI 4890
Monitor : manual MS2930 form a blast city configured in 15khz only for know
crt_emudriver 13.1.1.2b_w7_64 /vmmaker+arcade OSD 1.4
GroovyMame 0.157 switchRes 015e
All my vmmaker, groovymame, arcadeOsd exec files are in admin mode

I've tried the 1600x workaround it did not help. I guess i will have to wait for the fix or do the resistor thing.

You're not creating the super resolutions. Did you rename the file containing them as "ReslList.txt"?

Hello again,

I add some time to run a few more test, and i noticed that some games are running at a superior resolution than expected (vertical (224x320@58.97)->(2560x480@58.97) for vertical game mostly) ,
with further investigation it seems that vmmaker rules out some modelines (like 2560x320), and all my low resolution modelines are gone in arcadeOsd ( no resolutions under 640x480 after running vmmaker).

Can you please tell me if this is an expected behavior due to the fact that my screen is horizontal  or if i still have something going on.

Ok nevermind, correct me if i'm wrong, i just understood that the 15khz range generate only 192 to 288 in Progressive and 448 to 576 in Interlaced, so no 320p for 15khz horizontal, but should work fine with rotated screen as it is 224p when rotated.
