Are you looking to mount them for external access or internal to the cab?

What size/type of build?

Hard to suggest good solutions without more details/pics.   :dunno

I need to access usb, power switch and a cd drive on the outside of the cab. I'm retrofitting an old jukebox with a touchscreen monitor and pc. Don't have any photos yet.

For the USB look into the commonly-available Neutrik NAUSBW-B USB feedthru or the version that GGG carries here.

As for the optical drive, not enough info to tell yet.   :dunno    :pics
