What are common tests points an arcade technician or board level technician would put his DVM meter or Oscilloscope probe on?

The Test points can be anywhere on the logic board or Monitor boards

all of them.

yes, anywhere. look for them. they are often labeled as such. your particular boards schematic diagram or service manual will inform you of their proper output for comparison.

Also, what did you get for question 46?, I'm stumped on that one.
