The wave of the future is here.  Designer is consider selling units, kits, and kickstarting. Though he still developing and adding to the design.  It looks promising. Reply in youtube comments or in this reddit thread

Interesting concept. I hope there's a better video in the future showing the movement more in-depth.

Well, he doesn't engage and it appears to be an NPC at that, until 8 minutes in.  He does spin around the space station.  That is cool. 

If he would have engaged a hostile or docked at a larger station it would be more interesting.
