Hyperspin and Dolphin?
« on: November 20, 2014, 10:46:55 pm »
I need a little help. I have mame and the 2 pc games that I want working. The only thing I'm having problems with is setting up dolphin. I just want to use it for 2 games. I've searched everywhere I can't find any info on setting up Dolphin. I added Dolphin to the wheel got the xml file and put in the database folder. Then I go to hyperlaunchhq and see that dolphin is there, but when I select module is not in the list under dolphin. I see that it's in global, but I can't get in the new system that I added. So when I select default emulator the option to select dolphin is not there either. I would greatly appreciated if anyone could help. Thanks

What did you name your wheel?  I think for the dolphin module to show up, you need to name the wheel "Nintendo Gamecube" or "Nintendo Wii" (without the quotes).

I named it Dolphin because that's what the module is named. The xml file was named Nintendo Gamcube from the hyperlist, but I changed it to Dolphin also. I was assuming it needed to be name the same as the module. I'll try to change it an see what happens.

Yea, it should be called Nintendo Wii, not Dolphin. Another option is to uncheck show supported emu only in global setting so every emulator will show up in every tab.

Yep that did it. It can be name Nintendo Wii or Nintendo Gamecube. I went with Nintendo Gamecube since that's what I have the xml for and those are the games I was trying to setup. Thank for the help
