WG7400 ticking

Got a freebie and monitor ticking. B+ test at tp202 7-10 vdc. Any help appreciated. No neck glow. Game plays blind.

I'm no expert but tp202 should be 117v.  Something gone in the power supply section.  :)

Many threads here on that symptom.  do a search of "ticking".

Have read every thread but not any I could find on low reading at tp202. Going to pull it and check on bench with a little more room.

Generally speaking, something's shorted when you've got a ticking SMPS chassis.  Culprit is usually the vert IC or HOT but can be anything including the parts back in the power supply (output diodes, even the switch FET).  A common test is to isolate the power supply from the rest of the board and load it with a light bulb to test separately.
