Anyone experience with eyefinity/multimonitor?
« on: October 01, 2014, 05:18:28 am »
So far the most games listed to support multimonitor gaming are actually driving/fps singleplayer games, while I'm looking for local coop games. I noticed that some games will support "desktop" resolutions but what whould happen if your desktop is 3840x1080? Would for example Street Fighter IV support ultra wide? Or the new Gauntlet? Castle Crashers? I would really like it to get a 4 player local coop game going on a extreme widescreen cabinet.
Ever since I've played Dariusburst on the original hardware with 3 friends, I'm playing with the idea of building one myself- the lack of available games however is holding me back...

It is very game-dependent.  Some games support ultra-wide, some don't.  Your best resource is to head over to wsgf.org and look at their master games index.
