KTM-F Sharp Image 34'' monitor chassis

I have an KTM-F chassis that i replaced the caps and the flyback in. When i hooked it back up and turned the machine in it started making a clicking noise. It shows a white cloudy screen and just blinks on and off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update, i sent it into arcadecup and had them repair it. Turns out it was a issue in the power supply area. Now im just waiting for it to get back to me.
