I have a pacman with a wavy screen.

I have a pacman with a wavy screen.  I found the following information.  However when I opened the cabinet I see the yellow ground strap is securrly mounted to the transformer mount.   However the other end is not connected to anything.  Could someone give me an idea as to were it should be connected?  A picture would be great!

Thanks in advance.

If you have a wavy picture, no blown fuses, and the filter caps of the power supply are connected securely, the problem is most likely a poor ground. Remove the yellow ground strap from the transformer mount and screw it to the metal case of the line filter. ("Frank the Crank" PlayMeter 8/15/85)

That goes to the control panel, The wavey thing is most likely a chassis cap problem.
