I got this dart board cheap because it trips the house breaker after being on for 5 minutes or so. Any ideas would be appreciated! After getting it home there is a power strip inside with several things plugged into it. Is that common? I'm fairly new to arcade style games but I thought they are all more computer like with power supplies not power strips. Thanks in advance.

  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
There is usually one large power supply in a metal box.  No power strip.  The Valley Cougar power supplies I think are pretty expensive and someone probably rigged up a power supply to replace the bad one.
