Hi, I recently recapped all the aluminum caps hoping it would resolve the issue but it didn't help. I am pretty sure the issue is cap related but not positive, I haven't replaced any of the film caps and I'm not sure if they would be the issue. The tube is rotated so looking at it vertical is horizontal. Also if I shorten the picture the problem seems to go away but then the picture looks too narrow. Any advice would be welcomed and thanks in advance.
