As I understand it, these monitors are fixed frequency, sync on green monitors. Has anyone ever been able to use on with mame, by either modifying the monitor or using some sort of convertor?

Here is a link to the manual. It explains the monitors use with a PC.

Is use a similar 17 inch model and it works well with my PC.
