Excellent work !!

I am in need of CAD-Files for the whole ICB cabinet. I found only death links within the internet. Maybe someone can help me.
Background: I bought a ICB with a very bad cabinet so I would like to rebuild it instead of fixing the old with water damage.

Thanks

Tom

This is totally what I want to do, however, I wanna make one where the playfield is taller.. maybe 9 or 12 feet tall.

I was also thinking I'd like to build one where the playfields can be swapped out for different ones.

I wouldn't be the one to (necro?)bump this thread... but since it's at the front page anyway, I'll say - this is a beautiful machine and I hope to see it finished one day.

Wow, I love, your ICB version, too cool!
My husband is a retired electrical engineer and like you is wanting to build a version all his own.
He was super inspired by what you did and the overall look, truly spectacular!

My question is how did you know the hole spacing and board depth? Is there a template available somewhere?

I would LOVE to be able to help him find this piece of the puzzle. He can do the electronics with no problems, but needs some guidance on the actual board.
Any help you or any other member can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Linda

I also want to build one of these!

Anyone able to provide scans of a playfield or cabinet?

I believe these are the correct Tube dimensions, needed to make the Slide Assembly.

Look at the two tubes at the top.. the tube walls are so thin, that there is barely a Bump between each Pipe.
This is critical... as even a small bump, will cause the ball to "Stop"... which will ruin the gameplay

If you are not seeing whats going on.. there is one tube inside of another.   When the game raises the slide bar...
this is how the bar "Expands"  and contracts.   Its two tubes... with one tube being inside the other
