Please give me some constructive criticism.  I'm looking for any suggestions I can do to improve these (colors/layout/etc). I was also wondering if the textured parts would look good printed, or if I should "grunge" up the whole images. Thanks! (These are low res just for this post)

Thanks.  Obviously going for the propaganda feel.  The three revolution fists go well with the Street Fighter theme (3 punches), and the "Join the Fight" phrase was used on a lot of propaganda posters and seems to go well with fighting games.  My original idea was to have Mech Zangief vs Godzilla (notice the Godzilla symbol on Mika's bomb). The atomic name goes well with both.  I might still do it, but I'm going to have to vectorize a pic of Godzilla and draw my own Maser Tanks at the right angle so it matches the Zangief side better.  That might be more difficult than I can handle.  Here's a mock-up:

The stroke outlines are just a bit much. I'd reduce them down to half their thickness.
Also you might benefit from spending a bit of time cleaning up the cut-out of each visual element. Even at a low-res image, you can see that some of the edges especially around Godzilla's spikes aren't as clean as they could be. Which is why I'm assuming you pumped up the thickness of the outlines to hide the bumpiness of the cut-outs.

Yeah, that's just a mock-up.  I'll most likely be using a different image of Godzilla and vectorize it.  Something facing the same direction as Zangief.  The tanks will also be re-drawn and vectorized if I go this route.

I kind of like the stroke, I think it gives it a little style.  Think this looks better?:

marquee needs "final" all fancy and in cursive at an angle near the top of the A in atomic.

love the art direction, has good flow and a killer look.

I was thinking about redesigning that logo to a font with a rounder O, so I could replace the O with a 360 arrow

Something like this (rotated so the arrow is on the right, like his spinning pile driver motion):

I wasn't saying get rid of the stroke altogether, just tone it down a bit so it's not this huge thick lines. You can achieve the same so-called "style" you're looking for, but it'll look a bit cleaner with not so starkly thick outlines.

Just look at the comparison of all the other pieces of art you have like in the Marquee. See how thick those lines are for the Font?  You should keep the major outlines consistent in line-weight. It's illustration 101.

I actually did leave a little bit of stroke in that pic, so a little thicker?

The stroke outlines are just a bit much. I'd reduce them down to half their thickness.

Make the stroke around gief match the line-weight in the Font above him. Add a bit of thickness to the Font outlines, then reduce the gief outlines a bit so they both have a matching middle ground from what they are now.

The idea behind this is to have all "outer-edge" outlines thicker than the "inside lines", but not be overpowering so that it completely suffocates the image.

Really love the CP, Zangief side, and most of the marquee.  Stylistically I think the detailed image of the woman on the bomb looks out of place against the bold posterized look of the rest of the art... that's actually the same issue I have with the Godzilla side, on it's own it looks great but stylistically it just looks different than the rest of the cab.  I saw that you were going to vectorize the Godzilla side, so if you can reduce the detail while keeping it clean and bold like the Zangief side I think it will look great.

Either way, love the direction you're going with this!

So once again, we find that evil of the past seeps into the present like salad dressing through cheap wax paper, mixing memory and desire.

I agree.  My first designs involved a vectorized mushroom cloud on the marquee, which would match more.  But I created that R Mika to look like a propaganda pinup girl, and I love it.  Not sure if I can bring myself to get rid of her.  I've been messing around with simplifying her look, but I'm not sure if I like it.
