I have the Nanao MS8-26 which is switchable between 15kHz and and 25kHz. Im going to plug it into a PC via video amp and using CRT_EmuDriver. It would be great if I knew enough to not damage the monitor. The goal will be to have a wide range of games including PC, MAME and Sega Model games looking good.

What are you suggestions for guides, info, whatever else I should know or read before starting on this?
