TAB stopped working in Mame

Somehow the TAB key to access the configuration menu has stopped working in Mame. TAB works just fine on it's own and when tested through WinIPAC but in both Mame32 and Mame for windows it has stopped functioning as designed. I haven't changed any config files and I'm unsure as to how to get it working again.

Nevermind, I finally noticed the windows.ini file that popped up in the ctrlr directory. It had changed the function of the TAB key somehow.

It is not too hard to accidently change the tab key, especially if youare typing fast. Hit tab, enter, enter, and then the next key hit become your config key. Hit Tab, enter, enter, escape, and you may not have a config key at all.
