I'm having a little issue using crtemudriver on xp x64. I can install the driver just fine and run the latest vmaker to set my resolutions. whenever i restart my pc following the driver and vmaker, i keep getting a resolution that is not recognized by any vga or cga monitor.

I have tested this on two different ATI cards. First one is an ATI X550 and another an ATI HD3650. Both cards act exactly the same after running the vmaker and restarting. So far i've had to resort to using a nvidia card so i can at least see my mame install on a vga monitor and uninstall the drivers. Reinstalling them causes the same problem over and over again.

Anyone else have this problem? Any possible solutions for this?

Thanks!

If you plug a PC monitor, it should show the output frequencies in its OSD, that will give us a hint about what's going on.

Steps to create a log:
 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead of pasting it.
