What shmup game is this?

Having trouble working out what this game is 'cos I discovered it ages ago and never took note of the name.

It's a horizontal shoot em up in one of those pseudo world war universes set in the future or something with pretty decent graphics (comparable almost to Metal Slug). Pretty hectic, fairly green, think it was more based on giant machine baddies than monsters.

Any ideas?
