HBMAME compiling error

This is the second time I've tried to compile hbmame, the first time I was I got stuck on the target till I changed it to HB and then it compiled fine. This time it compiles all the way to linking and get error, final link failed try reopening hbmameui: permission denied. Mametesters http://mametesters.org/view.php?id=5019 had a bug report on it which I tried everything on there and nothing works, and they said it happens little whereas it happens everytime for me. Hopefully someone knows what this is caused by and can help me fix this. TIA
