I want to build my own arcade controls!
Can i Save it

So here I am not done with my last project but
. I was online and saw that someone was selling Arcade cabinets for 10 for $100. So I figured why not check it out. Turns out it was a closing arcade repair and sell business. 50+ cabinets all the boards and most of the monitors had been taken out.
Heres what I bought
Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter $50 ( Decent cabinet no monitor but has a board)
Virtua Fighter $10 ( Decent cabinet, No board)
Old Rowe Tasty Snacks Machine $20 ( Dusty but working)
Now to my Problem. The Marvel Super Heroes vs StreetFighter board had a little battery acid spill. After a few paper towels and some white vinegar it looks a lot better. I don't have before pics but imagine the affected area coated in chocolate.

Looks like you have lifted pins too. Will have to reflow with flux and such..if it's even possible at that point on the board. There are some good vids on youtube on showing how to redo pins for those chip types. But tbh, zooming in on the later pictures.......I have a feeling you're gunna be sol.

if you are super skilled with an iron, you can save it. If it were me, I'd just buy another B board.

didn't work. So How much does a B board go for and where can I buy one? Also, everything else on the b board seems fine so... can I sell it for parts?

Tekken 3 Display Issue

Alright I have Tekken 3 and a VF 1 Cabinet. The monitor has a vertical collapsed but even if fixed I can use it. So I bought a RGB to Vga coverter and got the game playing but not looking so great.
Then,
this board has VGA ports on it already. So my question is, how do I go by using these ports if i can?

Popped in a old 21" Dell trinitron Monitor and for some reason it looks way better than the 19" monitors I tried. I Also did a Raspberry Pi Mame on the Marvel vs cab. All cps2 games, some nes/snes, sega genesis and other classics running fine on it. I used a old sanyo crt tv and wired the controls with usb encoders. Had to add 2 select buttons and a escape button.
