Can't download WinIPAC from Ultimarc

I'm trying to download WinIPAC from altimarc site http://www.ultimarc.com/winipac_setup.exe but it's not letting me, it just times out.  Anyone have a link for it somewhere else? or a similar program?

Downloaded in a few seconds here (setup.exe is about 5mb) -- I went ahead and uploaded the copy I downloaded to dropbox for you ( https://www.dropbox.com/s/7066up999wx90uk/winipac_setup.exe )

Didn't try to run the setup so not sure if your timeout might be from an online install running from the setup.exe but from your description it was the setup download giving you problems so hopefully this helps.

JDFan you're a legend.  Thank you for you time in doing that for me.  I had no problem downloading it from your dropbox.  Still unable to get from ultimarc, page times out, no idea why.
