Ah. Well...I'd say maybe then just google or try searching deviantart.com for a forest image, make it B&W in photoshop, pump up the contrast, then overlay a carbon/honeycomb pattern over it.
If you want exact, I'd ask maybe Jasen from Jasen's Customs if he'd be willing to share the background art with you for it since he does have it. He'd probably charge for it though since he sells repro Lindbergh panels.
