its an WeChe OK Baby Candy Cab. Taiwanese clone (with slight variations so as not to infringe on trademark) of the Jaleco Pony Mark IV.

So calling a candy cab is accurate! I've been calling it "the candy cab" since I started working on it, and the owner kept looking at me like I was insane.
