Big Blue frontend

Big Blue supports left and right rotation even if the Windows desktop is set for horizontal.

It supports CRTs and any resolution from 320x240 to 3840x2160.

It supports widescreen monitors, and it also supports 4:3 letterboxing on widescreen monitors.

Updated Big Blue so that when it's running in portrait mode, the aspect ratio of the game snapshot changes to 3:4 so that the snapshots won't be distorted.
