Fusion/ArcadeVGA Issue
« on: May 15, 2014, 09:53:25 am »
I am having trouble setting up Fusion on my setup.  I can't get it to stop putting ForceCompatibleGFX=1.  No matter if I change it to 0, it always comes back to 1.  Even if I set the file to read only, it still doesn't load up where I can select different window sizes from the video menu, it only shows like 4 different options Normal/Double/TV Mode and another I can't remember.

I am trying to get it to run in full res 640x288 on my arcade monitor.  Anyone have this issue before?  It is really pissing me off.  I have tried setting up the advanced graphics to the res I want and it doesn't respond to that either.  Tried Fusion3.61, 3.63, and 3.64.  Does the same thing on all of them.

I don't recall that setting, or having a problem like that...maybe due to not liking your custom mode?

I don't think you will be able to run it at 640x288 (I don't think you would want to, the aspect ratio will be all wrong)...but 320x240 is possible. I found this which might be useful:
