Nanao MS8-26SU - Daytona USA Shutdown Issue

Chassis is a Nanao ms8-26SU and is failing after the machine is turned on. It can last 1 minute, it might make it to 3 minutes but eventually the screen shuts off. See video and listen for the tick if you turn up the volume. The person before me replaced the caps but it doesn't appear they replaced them all. I will probably just switch them all out for posterity sake, but I'm wondering if the issue is maybe something else, like a voltage regulator or onboard iso as I hear these boards have that and it can go bad, or possibly the b+ pot which I adjusted it up a bit but it didn't help the issue. I'm basically just reaching out to see if anyone who is more fluent with this monitor could give me some insight or suggestions. If it does sound like its any of those parts mentioned, where could I find replacements? I'm not even sure how to identify the regulator, or the onboard iso on this chassis. I would greatly appreciate anyone willing to help me narrow this problem down.

i think you have to see what the b+ is doing,it should be around 96 volts

i would suggest isolating the flyback and connecting a dummy load(50w lightbulb)

you need to prove whether this is power or deflection related

You may want to consider an LCD Retro kit? We are in the midst of developing it now.
Not cheap though, with custom cut metal bezel and LCD you are looking at $500 and change plus shipping.
