Need image converted to vector...

Please help! Can anyone convert this to vector? As far as I can tell it will be the first conversion of Daphne.

Mostly done now, just need to do some file cleanup. Gotta bunch of arcade stuff to do tomorrow (and my fiancee's mustang needs a new heater core and water pump) but if there's time, I'll finish and upload it. :)
