inputs on this "multi vga box" ?

Okay anything multi is always lame but this one sounds pretty good.

Its cheap and has component input so x-box and ps2 might  look decent.

Since it says "vga or component"  as another input...my guess is that connection is for pass through only...and not upscanned.  Just a guess based on the price I doubt it does what you want.

Actually in the description it does state that it does upscan conversion...

Double scan conversion (15.75KHz to 31.5KHz for NTSC, 15.625KHz to 31.25KHz for PAL/SEAM)

Converts 17.75Khz NTSC to 31.5Khz VGA, so it should work as you intend.

Thats what I was thinking but $60 still sounds little too good to be true.
anybody wanna give it a shot ?
It might actually worth $60.
( I would get that $250 scan converter but I am a bum :-\ )
