Anyone ever hear of Chaintech cards?
« on: December 03, 2003, 11:44:23 am »
There's a GeForce4 MX440 128MB for sale on e-bay at a good price, but the brand name is "Chaintech". I've never heard of it. Anyone know what that is?

Here's the link:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2768982717&category=40161

Can anyone tell me if this is a great deal or if these are crappy?

*shrug* i've heard of chaintech... my geforce 4 might actually be a chaintech (i don't remember)  I haven't heard anything bad about them , but I dont watch the hardware scene like I used to.

What's shippping on that item...? 40 beans seems reasonable for 128mb geforce 4 card... but shipping could be a deal breaker...

You check your local comp usa flier/ best buy flier this week (save on shipping )

I dunno...  could always check pricewatch.com for price comparison (but if you find a vendor on pricewatch be sure to check out their vendor rating ... the url escapes me at the moment... as there are some scammers on pricewatch)

good luck,
