For some reasson I can't turn up the contrast after I made the chassis swap, R, G and Blue gain only make colors bleed, I can increase brightness though..

what does that means, low current on the heater?? if that's so what can be the cause?? can I change the heater or is the tube broken?

update: I touched the "V" VRC 101 pot con the chassis and it fixed the contrast issue, but now I noticed that there's a white vertical line on the left side of the screen, it is most noticeable in black screens.
