Mame config for Mad Planets spinner?

Hi folks;

Am running Mame4all and just yesterday installed a TurboTwist 2 spinner.  Works great on every MAME spinner game I've tried except Mad Planets, where it does nothing (should spin the ship).  I went into input config and there are two "dial" settings there, but I have no idea how to set them to get the spinner to work.  Any ideas?
