horizontal Range N/W? Side Compression

I have this weiya 828H model chassis which I have it connected to a Panasonic 27" tube, albeit the picture quality is good there a small "compression" (I don't know how to better describe it) on the right side of the screen,

Looking on the instructions diagram I have seen these pins named "N" and "W", can someone tell me if by switching pins can I correct the screen compression issue??
