Hantarex Polo 25 problem
« on: January 29, 2014, 01:22:33 pm »
Hi,

I'm from Belgium and a happy owner of a Killer Instinct cabinet.  I've played a LOT on it for years now without any problems untill last week.  when i turned the game on, i heared a strange noise from inside the cabinet and when i opened it, it smelled like something burned there. I unplugged the monitor, turned it back on and was happy to hear that the game itself was working.

I've taken some pictures and made a small video of the "sparking" problem.

I guess i have to replace the broken part... or is there a way to fix it? If i need to replace the broken part, can you maybe help me find the correct part?  I'm new to this and searching around. Maybe i find it myself, but in the mean time i wanted to make this topic for extra help.  :)

I googled quick after your post... is it the same as the last on this site (tab "flybacks") : http://www.arcadecup.com ....or is it more specific than that?
