Arcade CRT Monitor Question

Recently I'm noticing that my CRT monitor will occasionally have a yellow tint to it.  It doesn't happen all the time, just every now and then.  Could this mean some capacitors could be going bad?  It's only about 3 years old.  It's a WG D9800.  Was just curious what could be causing the color issue.
