Arachnid Dart King Rom Upgrade for $

Hi Everyone,
    I have an old Arachnid Dart King board I was hoping someone could tell me if it is possible to upgrade the ROM to include newer games like "Gotcha" and "Bermuda Triangle".
I would be willing to pay someone to do it if possible. I saw a guy on eBay selling a ROM for Arachnids with version 7.04 but they have 32 pins total.
I opened up the Dart King model I have, and found it has a 28 pin ROM labeled 690PRO V1.0.

Not sure what a dart king is,  but the 7.04 is only for the Galaxy.  Post a picture of the entire board.
