Stella resolution trouble

Hey all,


I went ahead and picked a resolution that my lcd cant deal with and now I have a black screen.  Well normally I would just go into the .ini file and edit it.  Well the new Stella doesn't have an .ini (that I could find).  So I uninstalled and re installed and Im still stuck with the settings.  Even did a registry clean.
Is there any way I can create an ini from Stella 3.9.2.?
