MameWah for Newbie
« on: November 27, 2003, 01:53:36 am »
I need some help with setting up Mamewah, I feel like an idiot since I cannot figure this out.  I have tried so many different things.

I am using version .76 ROMs but I could only find .77catver.ini

My problem is that when I use mame32 I see many more games then when I setup Mamewah.  I noticed in particular basic games like Pacman are not there as well as the various versions (rev1, rev2).  I have tried to setup custom lists selecting everything and still cannot figure this out.

I basically want every ROM that is available to be on my main list.

Then I would like to filter out the adult ones from the kids.

What am I doing wrong here?

In 'Emulator Settings, List generation settings'
Set list generation method to 'Rom Folder vs List info'
then refresh your game list and you should get  all 4000 + roms
in your game list. ;D
