I think you guys are confused yet again. I'm very kind to people in the service industry, because it's a crap job. When these idigits who work on commission try to sell me something I don't want by outright giving the wrong info and likewise I see them pulling that on others, I set them straight.
This was ages ago when I first switched over to a flat panel. I told the guy I was upgrading but had space concerns. He asked about it and I said, that regardless I wanted a tv at least as big as the one I have now. He asked what size I had, I said 27 inches, and he said "well the 27 inchers are over here". I replied, well that's not the same size, it's smaller. He argued it wasn't. I explained how they measure tvs diagonally, he didn't believe me and had the nerve to go ask his manager about it. Needless to say he came back embarrassed. I never raised my voice, I was very polite, I simply took the guy up on his offer when he asked "may I help you" That was my mistake.
How do you work, for commission, in the electronics department of a store and not know that tvs are measured diagonally?
